Chuck started his supply chain management career over 45 years ago at Bechtel Corporation, Owens Corning and subsequently W.R. Grace. For now almost 30 years he has been involved in the Russian petroleum supply business including in the purchasing and wholesaling of crude oil and refined products. Since 2006 he has focused his skills and expertise solely on the distribution of petroleum products for a number of investors and wholesale buyers.
Chuck has a Bachelor of Science B.S. degree from the University of California - Berkeley in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the London School of Business in management.
With Chuck having been doing business with Russia since the times of the Soviet Union, he has, over the years, adopted three Russian orphan girls and has raised them as his own daughters.
In addition, Chuck has sponsored over 160 Russian teenagers for a year-long study in the United States.

A second-generation oilman, Bob Lindsay’s brings 50 years of active involvement in the upstream oil and gas business and has successfully bought and sold a number of highly successful public and private companies.
Bob brings a wealth of drilling and operational experience to the Black Dutch team. He is the current Owner and President, B & B Rig Builders, LLC, a company formed to construct and operate portable land drilling rigs. The company currently operates 3 rigs. He also owns Dark Horse Operating Co. LLC and various offspring companies that drill and operate 60 successful wells in the North Texas Barnett Shale. In addition, Dark Horse has successfully sold wells and acres in two multi-million dollar sales. From 2001 to 2005, Robert served as Owner and President for Republic Energy Drilling, LLC and Republic Energy Trucking, Ltd. The company built and operated three land drilling rigs rated at 10,000 feet and operated the transportation of said rigs. All rigs combined drilled a total of over 183 wells. Successfully exited in a sale to Patterson Drilling. From 1995 – 2001, Robert was associated with DevX Energy, Inc. (formerly Queen Sand Resources, Inc.), a publicly-traded independent oil and gas company, based in Dallas, Texas. Robert served as Executive Vice President, 1995 and 1996 and as COO from 1996-2001.
From 1973 to 1988 Robert served as CEO of Lin-mour Drilling Co., Wichita Falls, Texas, a 200+ employee company engaged in the drilling and completion of oil and gas wells (10 rigs), drilling over 1,000,000 feet of hole per year. In addition, during this period he also served as CEO for Lin-mour Trucking Co., a mid-size commercial trucking company. From 1974 – 1994, he served Lindsay Operating Co., Wichita Falls, Texas as founder and Chief Executive Officer. Employed two geologists for 12 years for the generation and analysis of oil and gas exploration projects. Operated 150 oil and gas wells. Drilled 206 wells with 86% success ratio. Participated in 90 outside-generated projects.
Also from 1973 – 1988, Robert served as Chief Executive Officer of Lin-mour Supply Co., Wichita Falls, Texas, a company established to support Lin-mour Drilling Co. From 1982 – 1990, Robert served North Texas Power Tong Services as Partner. From 1982 – 1990 Robert was Co-founder, Director and Fraction owner of Mustang Mud Co. From 1983 to 1990, he ran C-L Rig Builders, Wichita Falls, Tx. as CEO. Assembled, built and sold 16 drilling rigs.
Robert holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas, Austin.

Martin brings 20 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas and finance realm. he has been responsible for significant private placements, senior lending and private-equity financing and exits in the oil and gas space.
Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at Noble Royalties, Inc. with roles in investor relations, acquisitions, communications, government affairs and fund management. Noble Royalties is the nation's largest independent oil & gas royalties buyer and specializes in buying and managing oil, gas, and mineral rights throughout the USA. At Noble, Martin served on the Investment Committee and over seven years was affiliated with more than $1 billion in fund placements.
Prior to joining Noble, Martin served as Executive Vice President of the Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association, the country’s largest state trade organization representing independent oil and gas operators and their senior management.
He began his career in the oil and gas industry serving as a Special Assistant to U.S. Secretary of Energy Bill Richardson. Martin also served as a legislative assistant to then Chairman of the U.S. Senate Energy Committee Jeff Bingaman.
Martin holds a Bachelor from the Instituto Austral de Enseñanza in Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina, a B.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, a M.A. in Latin American Studies from Tulane University and is a Ph.D. Candidate in History from Tulane University. He is a past Fellow of the National Endowment for the Humanities where he collaborated with the Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia and the Universidad Nacional Autónomo de México.
Martin serves or has served on numerous industry boards including Petroleum Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Texas at Austin, the External Advisory Committee for the Institute of Latin American Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, the Board of Visitors for the Department of History at the University of Texas at Austin, Texas Energy Council, the National Association of Royalty Owners where he chaired the National Legislative Council, NARO-TX where he served as President, Western Energy Alliance and the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association. He serves as President of the New American Energy Opportunity Foundation and at the Appointment of Texas Governor Rick Perry, he serves on Environmental, Health and Safety Committee of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission.
Martin is a member of the Dallas Petroleum Club, the Dallas Wildcatters, the Ft. Worth Wildcatters, Dutch Treat Wildcatters, the ADAM Energy Forum, TIPRO and IPAA.
